2014 U.S. Figure Skating Championships 2: Electric Boogalloo. That’s right, we’re back… for everyone who believes in the beat. Here’s what we’re talking about:

Ice Dance

Chock & Bates impress. Davis & White get inflated. The Shibutanis look at the skaters in the mirror. Hubbell & Donohue may be onto something.

Ladies

Gracie Gold gets pushed. Polina Edmunds arms herself. Mirai Nagasu breaks it up. Ashley Wagner uses both feet. Agnes Zawadzki has a tough time, and Rachael Flatt shows up.

2014 U.S. Figure Skating Championships – part 1

Liz and Jason Brown

Liz and future Olympian Jason Brown

We celebrate the 100th anniversary of the U.S. Figure Skating Championships by watching most of it! And that’s the Cold Truth. There is so much to talk about, we’ve split it up into two shows. Here’s how some of it went down.

The Pairs

Castelli & Shnapir bond together. Denney & Coughlin deliver some goods. Zhang & Bartholomay put on their best undershirts. Davis & Brubaker and Leng & Leduc should do a little swapping.

The Men

Jason Brown gets the Ice Queens magic. Max Aaron flashes us back. Jeremy Abbott fights. Adam Rippon pops. Joshua Farris impresses. Richard Dornbush drops his ball. Douglas Razzano and Ross Miner show up. Brandon Mroz keeps skating. Keegan Messing keeps it “hot.”
